Just a down home girl looking to loose a little weight, ok a lot of weight, lol. I love my family and my 2 dogs and my health and that is why I am taking on a "get it done" attitude. I have changed the way I do many things and trying to get away from doing everything the easy way. Looking a little more at the natural way of things, not an over the top view, but things that make good sense.
