Getting to old for this yoyo dieting. Trying to make permanent lifestyle changes but having the old dog, new trick blues. Could use some support and will offer mine in exchange. Will take me the better part of a year to lose the 100lbs I am signing myself up for here.

I am going to try the south beach diet, it's less restrictive then Atkins but still low carbs. The Banting diet I tried when I started last time was a real bust, way too restrictive. I am trying for 10 lbs per month, doesn't mean I will accomplish it but I need some goals.
