Hi, my name is Carike - I am 45 years old and have been struggle to loose weight for the last 20 years, this time I am determinant to loose the weight - I am not very fond of exercise, but love walking - so that is what I will be doing to loose weight - I have one son he is 21 years old and the reason for me breathing.
I also love carbs and that is the main food that I will try to cut out of my food
