Woke at 218.8, up 5.4 after a terrific Christmas Day celebration with too many calories and too many carbs. Have to take Emily back to the airport today and after that, I will take it easier with the intake. UPDATE: Took Emily to the airport and got there early since traffic was light. Took the opportunity to share breakfast together. Ate a nice crabcake omelet. Later at home, ate a wrap with leftover honey baked ham, and then ate a bit more at dinner. Did eat some roasted nuts and popcorn while watching movies later. Back on calorie track but carbs still too high. I have a week at home to work on that! Got back to 217.6 before bedtime.

I didn't even try to count what I ate for the holidays. I will weigh tomorrow and see if there is any residual damage. Glad the holiday is behind us now and can focus again!
