Woke at 220.0, down 7.2 from yesterday as I rid my body of the excess water it retained with three straight days of eating in restaurants last week. I did not eat things that were too bad, so it must be the cooking oil. I was amazed at how quickly it went on (although I used to do that on weekends all the time). Will fast most of the day today. UPDATE: Was starving at 4:30 but I held off until Jason came home at 5:30 and it paid off with a terrific "Unwich" bread-less sub! Thanks, son! I weighed 216.6 before dinner, so the water is moving out nicely. More Lasix and slimming tea tonight.
