Time for weekly update Last week's average 127.7 This week's average 126.5 . Yeah! Nice. Over a pound. I take it. And today was under 125. That was surprising. . I did work it this week. But that does not always mean weightloss. I know that. I got two runs in and one planned for today. Picked up on lifting hard again. But I am doing less hard lifting as those runs are still exhausting and I get pretty sore. It will be better as I get more under my belt. . Love the stretching still . .
