Woke at 213.0, down 3.2 from yesterday. Working from home today but extremely busy so hoping to get in a workout. Flying to Colorado Springs at 5am tomorrow for a CIO conference. Not sure what I'll find along the way but will take Quest bars and bags of nuts as a backup. Will eat a fancy dinner on Tuesday evening and flying back on Wednesday. After tonight, may not be able to weigh in until Thursday morning.
