Woke at 204.8 and had a good day at work eating very light and walking four miles. But then went out to a Brazilian Steak House and had a great dinner plus drinks and dessert. Topped out at more than 3000 calories today. Not bad compared to yesterday’s 4000, but it was RDI times 1.5 and no workout. Similar scenarios in store tomorrow and Saturday before things get back to normal.
