Ate a ton yesterday, including plenty of carbs and sodium. The scale reflected it. Woke at 208.6, a full 9.2 pounds more than my post workout weigh in on Saturday. Did 65 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill, burning 900 calories, but only got a 207.2 afterwards. Fasted until 4pm and ate some celery and Greek yogurt with some salsa in it. Will have some chicken for dinner and with a goal of 1600 calories for the day. Three straight days of meetings to start the week, so protein bars and almonds will be the daily menu. Sodium is so hard, we need it to regulate things in our bodies but just even a ridge to much and the bloating. I am sure you will get it off with HIIT workouts.
