Woke at 229.5, up .8 from yesterday after that huge burger and some fries yesterday. Happy Easter, everyone! We have some candy available, but I'm not going to have any except perhaps a bit of dark chocolate later tonight. Every year that has triggered huge weight gain in me, and I'm not going back there. In fact, I am going to double up on my FMD weeks this month. I will start tomorrow, but we have friends coming on Thursday, so I will break it two days early to visit with them. Then I have to go out of town for some tactical training after that, so I don't know what will be served there (but I will get a ton of exercise)! I then plan to repeat FMD on the last week of the month or whatever will get me to my monthly calorie goal.
