Ate two protein bars and a bag of almonds at work to total 450 calories. Came home to a 207.6 weigh in. Holy crap, I am having a major battle of wills with my body. Denise had turkey chops ready when I got home, so I will save the cottage cheese for lunch tomorrow. This was actually fewer calories than I had planned, so I added three almonds to reach 800 calories! Haven't been working out due to late work nights, but have been walking a lot during the day. Did a weight lifting workout and got in about 15 minutes of treadmill just before midnight.
