Woke at 224.1, up .3 from yesterday. Ate a Chipoltle steak bowl with my son late last night. Got to 224.2 after 16:8. Out of salad fixings, so I ate some Greek yogurt and sardines. UPDATE: Weighed 225.2 before dinner, so the waking weight was today's low. Had a few low-carb wraps for dinner with tuna and provolone.
