lol Katsolo... (I agree). It is certainly unique. But I have seen some cookies use a cauliflower based gluten free flour before.

Hi new girl! I use riced cauliflower just like oatmeal. So that’s basically what I’m using as a substitute.

It tastes perfect. Who however you like you oatmeal, you can do it with riced cauliflower.

The great thing is that is has a pretty subtle flavor itself, so it lends itself to things like pizza crust and other things that you add other things to.
