Pretty good month. Hit 206.6 for a new low and slightly surpassed my 1000 calorie per day deficit target. Still finalizing the numbers, but looking to target a deficit of about 800 per day for April in hopes of hitting 200 pounds flat by May 1. That will give me a little more to eat... probably will spend it on little treats and extra protein.
