Up to 209 and change after eating several square meals today. Too many carbs but doing OK. Will finish out the month with a 1000 calorie per day deficit, which was my target, in addition to the weight loss. Still trying for 205 by Tuesday morning, April 1. Will set 200 flat as a goal for May 1 and see what the daily calorie goal looks like.
