I've got my first jar of the honey dijon in the pantry but haven't tried it yet. I'll have to try it on my Saturday salad.

My fave SALAD. I would definitely do that w/o the dressing. Instead, I would squeeze a couple of lemon slices over it and add some type of protein to it too. :-P
