IIFYM goals did great again today. In fact, hit all the numbers perfectly UNTIL... I discovered that I had chosen the wrong brand of Flaxseed based on the FatSecret scan of the package. The one I actually ate over the past two days has double the fiber, but double the carbs, fats, and 40 more calories per two tablespoons. So... a tiny bit high on each number, but no biggie! If that is the extent of my overeating, I'm golden!
