Down to 215.8 after about 370 calories before dinner and then a 400 calorie weight lifting workout. Will juice some veggies and maybe do a protein shake for dinner. That puts us back on track. Targeting about 1550 calories per day this month. Anyway... on to the numbers!

A few nice numbers. I like the body fat under 17 percent, the muscle mass above 170 lbs., and the 25 year old metabolic age.

BTW, how was that juice you made from a turnip, tomato, green pepper and something else... ? I was trying to place the flavor I picture with that. Sort of a spicy V8?
