Woke at 228.6 for the third straight day. Protein drink and coffee until noon, when I will eat the last of my Quest bars. Then fasting until dinner. UPDATE: I forgot that I have a business lunch event today. Quest bar will be dessert tonight. UPDATE: Ate the Quest bar at around 3 after eating a chicken thigh for lunch. Came home after a late happy hour at 227.4.
