Woke at 230.8, up .8 from yesterday. Emily came over last night and I did some red wine and even some beers while chatting (recorded after midnight). Back to it today. We are doing meatloaf tonight and Denise got me some mashed cauliflower to take part in the 'mashed potatoes' part! UPDATE: Weighed 230.6 before dinner and then enjoyed 'keto' meatloaf. Nothing in it but eggs and it kept together perfectly. Delish. High on calories due to 500 calories of Stella Artois after midnight. Will do OMAD tomorrow at work. Looking at using Mondays and Fridays as adjustment days to get back on calorie goals if I go over.

Bill, what do you put into your meatloaf to keep it low-carb. I love meatloaf but if I put a cup of quick oats in it, I get 12gm of carbs per serving (Breadcrumbs are even worse at 15.5gm carbs). The Hunts tomato sauce for meatloaf that I like adds 7gm of carbs per serving, of which 4gm is pure sugar. So, anyway, I've been staying away from meatloaf. If you have any suggestions on how to "keto" a meatloaf, I'd very much appreciate it.
