Woke with a slight recovery. Fasted until late afternoon. Started losing the extra water at a rate of a bathroom trip every 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I was driving from Colorado to Omaha! Made things interesting. Tomorrow we will drive to near Chicago and will target OMAD again.

Love to hear how you are in control. Ended up getting a specialized bottle for the car for long trips. Have come in handy a few times already. Open roads can be challenging. Looking forward to your progress.
