Excellent. I had a bunless double quarter pounder with cheese. You can really enjoy food eating this way. I am so glad you have discovered the joy.

@Drag Couldn't find lo carb tortilla yesterday, thought of your posts, and bought a giant head of green bibb lettuce instead. Perfect for fajita night!

One of the main reasons I gave up all most all carbs is heartburn. I have reduced my carbs by about 75% and it has really changed my life for the better. I love a bunless burger.

I lose the bun too when we get a burger somewhere. Sometimes they will put it on a small pile of lettuce. For me, I avoid refined carbs to avoid the headaches, joint inflammation and bloating.

I do similar things with burgers and sandwiches, but I like to just pull small sections of the bread off as I go. It’s kinda like peeling a banana bite by bite, but keeps the hands clean. Lol
