Woke at 216.8, up .8 from yesterday. UPDATE: Ate a nice lunch out and came back for a two-hour nap after not sleeping enough last night. (Staying up too late watching the Food Network!) Ate dinner but before that, weighed in at 220.2. Wow. Quite a spike. Not really adhering closely to my macros. DId a little better today on carbs. Let's see how we look in the morning.
