Woke at 213.6, down .4 from yesterday. Went to the drag races and only drank diet soda and ate some cold cuts thanks to my pal Ellen. Went out for a nice steak dinner later and had a 16-ounce steak, some brussels sprouts, and asparagus (plus a glass of red wine). Drank a lot of water to catch up on track day dehydration. Got a 212.6 weigh in when I got home a few hours later.
