Well I have not had a great couple of days. I have just had bad news after bad news after bad news. This has not been a great year for me so far. So after more bad news this morning, I went to the gym and kicked some ass! I was totally taking out frustrations on the elliptical today and gritting my teeth while pushing myself ultra hard. People must have thought I was possessed today. I dont't mind the weigh in today considering I ate pizza, cookies, and whatever I wanted to this weekend. I am hoping that this black blanket hanging over me lifts soon and my luck changes or I am going to go completely off the deep end. This stupid cold weather is not helping either. I hope everyone else is doing better than I am. Send me some good "ju-ju" everyone I need it.

This cold weather is dragging most of us down! I’m so sorry you are dealing with stress and difficult things on top of the depressing weather. All I can offer is virtual “hugs”, high fives and an ear to complain to if you want🙂
