Steak , too many beers - bud select and good, low , carbs - company at the
bar - priceless - The day after - pay the price , 1 pound up - Know it would happen - As long as I can explain it , all is good - When I can't all is not good - Wife is now more beautiful than ever after beauty appointment - It's all worth it - She has weight issues but I help if she asks, and back down when she doesn't - I do want to get a gentleman on here who I worked with , no more, but a great guy - He was I think 450 plus and the doctor said lose weight or your days are numbered , if you know what I mean - I am not going to say what he weighs now , but it is in the low 2's or high 190's - He is taken the journey 371 is on , everyone else needing to lose more than average weight is on - I want to see if he can share his story , like everyone else here - I will keep you posted - This is not to take away the major thunder going on right now and in the future - God Bless, not a lot of time today, but this year every way possible is full speed ahead , positive, fulfilling for me and I hope same for all of you - Your successes , dreams, stories are wonderful and don't stop - Today you can do what you can do, tomorrow the rewards come and I hope ten fold -
