Hi -FSers I hope you are all well?- I have not been visiting here much as I have finished dieting but today marks a year since I first started on this site when I weighed 105Kg - I did initially get down to 76kg but have slowly trickled up a little now its 81kg - I am not massively worried about that it has been static for last two months and my 34 waist trousers are still very comfortable.

I am still keeping very fit and have joined a gym plus I am jogging 15 - 20 miles a week and looking forward to running a half marathon in April

Great to hear from you! Well done on the fitness and jogging. I'd be inclined to say that if you're comfortable in a reasonable size of trousers then the weight doesn't matter, especially as you're quite fit. Keep up the good work!

If you’ve been working out regularly you might be gaining muscle weight. Which is good.
