Hi everyone- chicken to weighing - gained 2- I am proud where I am at but my hardest challenge is ahead -

This point in my life is crazy - Great opportunity has come about and have to get A lot of stuff in order - I am seeing what I am made of -

New Years resolutions-

1 - make realistic resolutions -

2 - measure food better and make more precise daily observations -
I think it would help me and everyone else -

3 - learn what to do in each situation - how to react - don't panic-

4. - I am here because of your support and I hope to return the favor -
Being true to myself makes being true to everyone else easy -
