Woo hoo!!! Spent 5 days on Cape Hatteras and only gained 4.4 lbs. I had fried seafood, pizza, latte, coffee with 1/2 and 1/2, sushi, (shared with hubby) coconut cream pie and key lime pie. I had beer, wine, lemonade. I feasted on Brunswick stew and pimiento cheese spread on Ritz crackers. Eating out we had stuffed mushrooms with pesto (out of this world). And the Sushi at Diamond Shoals restaurant was some of the best I've ever had. I had steak and asparagus with green onions, sauteed in a dab of olive oil, with baked potato (I cooked that meal in the room). One morning I made crab cakes for breakfast.

We fished and crabbed, and picked up shells, and shopped and all kinds of fun. That was so good. We met some nice people too AND some really sweet doggies.
