weighed myself on my scale 3 times this morning - I had really active day yesterday at work and could see myself losing some weight, but this - I don't know if this is accurate but we will see tomorrow - I hope so -

I have to get weight off because at 56 , I feel this could really lead to bad things fast - I am using this as a motivator along with kids , wife , family and and friends - It has been a rough patch but hopefully it will make me a tougher person - I wish this for everybody -

This is just the start because alot of good things happen along with this -
106,6 kg Bisher verloren: 2,3 kg.    Still to go: 22,7 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
