Day 182 six month into the diet and less than one pound loss in the month - Slow but sure and not too bad since I am now eating pretty normally -I even made (and ate) some wholemeal bread rolls yesterday. I am sure also that I am putting on needed muscle and moving some fat because of extra exercising and food intake.

Today I am off birding with a few mates to Arne (near Poole harbour) a 120 mile drive each way hoping to see a Dartford warbler and an Osprey.

I have to ask, are you happy with a pound a month while eating pretty much normally? After your impressive weight loss in 6 months I'd guess maybe you'd be impatient to lose the final few ... maybe I'm wrong. I know I'd be over the moon! I hope the day stays fit for your jaunt - good luck in your search

In short no not 100% happy I did expect an average daily deficit of 890 cals to yield a better loss. I did have to stop my LCHF to fit in with the family better and was hoping 90% of my RDI intake was going to deliver. I am not sure what I will do in August to get myself back on track.
