We had a fantastic meal at Blenheim on Thursday and as expected a resultant weight gain.
I really am making an effort to eat normally with the family and closer to my RDI but I am exercising a lot more -According to fit bit in fact 37% more active minutes. As a result there is more daily weight variability. I am still recording all my calories. To me this is an important part of keeping in control and is still a diet/ fitness pre requisite - My daily food in take for June averages 2200 cals and my exercise 3080 cals. Normally for me this deficit would lose me 2.6kg, it hasn't as my weight loss for june to date is just 0.9kg. I can only conclude that fat is turning to muscle.

In other news: We have had people view the house but no offers or sale, the car passed the MOT without any work being needed and the garden vegetables are doing very well.
