I am up early today as we are off to Chelsea flower show today- I have never been before so quite looking forward to it. It's gong to be a long day. I have a carb loaded sandwich pack to take which hopefully will be offset with lots of calories used up walking.
A minor blip up in my weight weight most likely because I weighed in 2 hours early.
