Day 104 - Despite me moaning about the difficulties of eating out I am still managing to lose weight pretty quickly.
I feel a lot more comfortable having got a few meals out under my belt (sic). I now have four days before my next one, plenty of time to bank some calories with additional exercise. The house is full of chocolates and cakes on show but i'm managing to resist them. That said I will be pleased when the family have scoffed them.

Yesterday I made a few prototype plywood packing boxes in preparation for our potential move. If the weather is kind I hope to make a batch more - Also I have a few pallets to dismantle to make another large blanket crate.

Oh earlier in the week I visited M&S and replaced my old 40'' waist jeans (Bought in January) with some 36" ones.
I am closing in on losing three stone and hope that i can pass that milestone by next Friday when I attend a family wedding reception.
