Odd, I recorded earlier this morning and I guess it didn't save. Anyways, the missing post talked about how I can lie to myself but my body doesn't lie. Giving up alcohol for another two weeks and going back to the basics of induction. Overall, I've stuck to the plan pretty well, but company, work and weather seem to have snuck in the back door. So, off to the grocery store to stock up on the basics. Lean meat, cheese and heavy cream it is for two more weeks. Hoping the beautiful weather sticks as well. One thing I want to document for myself is that while I didn't stick to the plan 100% when I had company, I didn't gain any weight back, BUT, it did seem to catch up to me this past week. Pants are still lose, but scale is up. Must keep up on drinking the water as well. So important.
