Yesterday was a something of a low carb failure I recorded 84g net carbs after my wife cooked aubergines tomato cheese bake for lunch then sausage and mash for dinner. Also had cheese and nuts for an evening snack, breaking my IF. As a result of this my weight has increased 300g. My wife is still very anti LCHF " How can it possibly be right that lots of fruit and veg is bad for you? Well it's bad if you want to lose weight quickly or ever!

She's determined and tonight she is cooking a pasta dish to have with our son Scott for a starter - Then it's pork medalions for main course. Hopefully with a cream sauce to me pork is a little boring and tasteless. How I wish for fish - Scott hates fish so that only happens when he is away on hols.

I will be on minimal carbs for breakfast and lunch
So I think I will be cooking bacon and eggs for breakfast
