BF% by Caliper: ~18%
Waist: 34.5"

Sooo... I need to be honest at this point. This specific weight has been historically the bottom of my personal yo-yo. It has been the hardest weight to get past and stay past (as shown for the last 3ish weeks). It's not a plateau, but more of a mental block.

SO.. it's time for a hard reset mentally. Time to re-watch some of those motivational videos (You know.. Fed Up, Food Matters, Forks Over Knives... etc etc). I need to finish this cut and get to the 170. My goal has always been by the end of the year and that is still possible. 13lbs doesn't seem like much to me. I have 2.5 months to get it gone. I want to (metaphorically) cut the yo-yo string and keep going.

HOPEFULLY I can even get through the mental reset and regain focus. That has also been a challenge historically and recently. However, I need to do it in all aspects of my life and reset the correct(a hard concept in itself) priorities and goals.

So here's to 2.5 months of a hard push to the end. Any and all help is, has been, and will always be greatly appreciated. Thank you to the FS buddies who have helped get me this far. The messages have truly been a light. I won't forget it.

Mental attitude is the key here. Everything else comes second. Look- if you want to lose that 13 in 2.5 months you should tell yourself you will. Other people will support. but you have to give yourself a talking to. Keep going it's so worth it.

The biggest thing that helps me is drinking more water each day. Not sure if you need that, but when I refill my water bottle I get a little more focus. Good luck!

Sometimes changing things up helps to kick start the loss again. Try intermittent fasting?

I agree - manifest it by changing that internal dialogue! I WILL weigh 170 by January 1, 2017

Nice drop Tim! Maybe IF 2 days a week would kick start you past that mental block? It is easier to do than it sounds! I am not trying to give you an excuse not to make it but as long as you keep moving in the right direction, if you lost 5 lbs that is still a win. You don't want to set yourself up that if you only partially made it you failed. I don't think that would be true in the least!

GOOD for you - you just proclaimed and committed to your goal, with witnesses, no less! You're just accountability-ing all over the place! YAY YOU!
