While I'm not thrilled with the increase, I'm actually surprised its not worse.
I haven't been on point as of late, various stressors and life issues popping up, the bigger ones of which I have absolutely no control over, so its quite pointless to stress but I do anyway.
I think I mentioned in my last journal that I'm not one of those people who can simply not weigh in and still do well. Nineteen days later, I think I've proven my point. I use that number as a motivating factor when I feel like crawling off the elliptical machine after only half my set, or when I think that that one piece of candy won't do any harm.
I typically weigh in 'officially' on weekend mornings, but its been too long and I needed some sort of benchmark, kick in the butt.
