I still say reasonably well because I feel that over a week (I weight in only once a week) I always cheat at least once or twice. So putting that I followed my diet 100% would be a bit of a lie. On the other hand, I don't beat myself on the head with it and I figure that it's par for the course and I'm quite happy with a "Reasonably Well" mention. As long as I see results on the scale (which I definitely see these weeks).
