Not surprised by the increase, as its TOM right now, and a pound seems to be the average gain for me during that time.
I was very good this past week at managing to hit the gym and my daily step goals. I've got to keep it up because I found pieces for my Halloween costume today at Goodwill, and the bottoms fit, but just barely.
I'm going to have to be conscious of my stress levels in the coming weeks as well, as my second grad class starts tomorrow along with my new position at work.
