WHOOSH! That's what my weight did. It had been slowly creeping up and then all of the sudden a big drop back to my lowest weight. I'll never understand it.

I have changed up my eating. Taking in more food in the morning and tapering off in the evening. It also fits in better now that I'm getting my running in the early morning before it gets too hot. I have also set my target protein to 35% of my calories which keeps me feeling fuller longer. I'm feeling better also.

Wednesday I did 6X800m intervals with 200m recovery. It was cooler in the morning but very humid. I broke out into a sweat pretty quickly. This morning I just did 15 minutes of easy jogging. This was a rest since I'm running a 5K race tomorrow morning. After the race my wife and I are going to JFest. It's supposed to be hot so we'll see how it goes.
