Long walk in the afternoon sunshine yesterday. We finally had a nice, sunny day, so I left a little early and walked. I’m still a little sore from my row the other day. That just means it’s been too long since I did a serious session. Total slacker, am I. As I say that, I’ve logged 79 exercise miles so far in March, so not too shabby given all the rain and what a wuss I am about it. That is 50 miles less than my record month which was 129. I think the goal is going to be 100 miles per month when it’s not acting like winter. That means I need to add a new segment in for about another mile per day. Back to those mid-day walks to break up the work day. Much easier now that it’s not dark so early. Blob continues to recede (not sure if this is new low), muscle holding.

Just going to keep on plodding along with respect to the Easter weekend. I have to get a ton done today at work, so keeping it short.
