Non scale victory Saturday. This is my grand father’s flight jacket from his time in the Canadian Air Force. He was a pilot in WW2. I’ve always thought that this jacket was a cool piece of my family history and when my grandfather passed away, it was one of the few items I was sure to get my hands on. It’s been in my closet for years. Every time I try it on, it’s too snug to wear comfortably.
Today I tried it on for the first time in a long while and it fits like a glove! Keep following those goal supporting habits, and, although it may take a while…and there may be the occasional setback…but as long as we don’t give up, we can close the gap on our goals. Eat something good and don’t forget to stay hydrated, friends! 💦
