I’m actually really pleased with this set of measurements today. We went out last night for pizza, it was planned. I’ve got some heavy activity planned for the day and the blob has receded to a nice low even though my overall weight is up. Hello, sodium and water retention. Muscle and water are both up. For those who think this is scientific, it’s not. It’s just trends on a non-medical grade device, but it’s useful to me. Another non-medical device in my life is my jeans. I’m having to wear a belt or risk making a “don’t” fashion statement walking the streets of South Park. Yesterday was a good day for me. I ran into one of the original founders of my company at my little old Costco and I just walked up and introduced myself. I met his wife, too, and we are now acquaintances. That’s something that I wouldn’t have dreamed of doing years ago although he was good friends with my original mentor. Yay me for just walking up and introducing myself before I thought about it too much. I would have done it at work, but I usually leave people alone in public. No real walk, but cleaned up the house and some other stuff last night. If i can’t walk, i just keep moving and doing stuff. We did do a movie night after pizza and it was nice.
