SINGLE DATA POINT (Average(target)

Made it back home last night from 10 weeks caring for my mom and front-running my MIL’s siding & window project. Surprised to see this ATL weight of 146.4 lb this morning and verified it against my wife’s scale. Obviously wasn’t taking care of my self physically, mentally & mutritionally the last 2 months plus but that will change today!

This weight is nothing to applaud or be concerned about and probably 2-3 lbs is dehydration and no food yesterday during plane ride. Hate getting up to per and listening to my intestines grind if I eat. Plane trip uneventful so that’s good.

Siding project went well despite 3 windows having defects. Contractors will finish in next 2-3 weeks.

Moved my mother to Richmond, VA to be close to my brother and that is going better than expected. However, the 10 weeks playing nurse, chef , psyche coach annd afvisor for my mom had taken its toll. Emotionally drained. Let’s just say Type 2 diabetics should eat dessert 2 times a day and snack outsidd of mef windowss. It’s called PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY!!

Couple this with failing eyesight, cracked hearing aids, 2 UTIs with hallucinations and mental decline and well … Let’s just say I’m very happy to be home.

Enough rambling … back to posting trends next Wednesday. OUT!

Headed out steelheading today and will have a nice dinner this evening.
