Not sure what might've caused this - probably end of TOM so no more bloating? I'll take it so long as it doesn't go back up. 😜
I had a 5k Monday - got 26:29. Not my best time, but I'm still pretty proud of it. Last year I could handle 27:59 which was after a full season of foot injuries. I have another 5k in March, so hopefully it'll improve a bit!
