While not the lowest overall, blob is back at the lowest point and muscle/lean is back up there with water about where it should be. Went out east yesterday and it was 98, compared to high 80’s here. SD summer is finally here. I do have to be mindful that this is a recomp and the scale is not the only number. Which is why old clothes and old pics matter and will be talking about that some.

New point of annoyance, my scale app is trying to take over my health and saying i don’t sleep enough, i don’t get enough exercise and some other nonsense (because i don’t allow full access to all my data) with constant notifications. One of my tasks today is to figure out how to opt out of those.

Went through shoes, underwear and belts that fit again. Still tossing a fair number. With a few exceptions, tossing the baggiest clothes. Took the scissors to a couple t-shirts which is always fun. Having bras that aren’t trying to constrict me, squeezing me to a slow death is also a bonus. The morning is passing quickly, time to jump in the pool before it’s time to go out. I am taking pics as i go. The brutal kind without good lighting or poses.

Ankle is better this morning after wearing the boot and keeping my butt home last night. Funny how that works. Found my old driver’s license from when i first moved out here, that’s my new goal - except with solid muscles this time! Skinny with no strength is not for me. Been there, done that, hated it, this is more suited to me. Been listening to Renaissance Periodization all week, learning a lot.
