Hi, Debra! 1100 calories of veggies, fruit and nuts on day one. 800 calories of the same on days 2-5. I have an ongoing online happy hour on Tuesday, so I swap days one and two, so that I can enjoy some red wine on day two.

I do IF daily but due to hypoglycemia can't manage to go longer than 16 hours at the most and otfen can't do that.

Hi lady in Denham. No I’m in good shape. I stuff a lot of bulk in because I’m eating all vegetables. I typically want more protein but for five days. I’m leveraging the protein that my body has already, theoretically using old cells.

Morticia this isn’t really a fast. It mimics a fast by eating only vegetables and nuts but only 800 cal a day. It comes from Valter Longo‘s book, the longevity diet.
