I was hoping for a four pound loss but 3.4 is not bad. I will continue to watch what I eat as well as doing my workouts. I have an appointment with a nutritionist tomorrow and I am looking forward to having a detailed plan I can follow to help me lose weight, lose fat, build muscle, and tone up. I also ordered T25 which is an intense cardio/strength training program that I must do for five days a week for 15 weeks. Bring it! I am soooo ready to get back into top shape. I've never had a six pack up I'd like to try to get one.
