Weighed daily, just failed to enter it because it's been a pretty intense couple of weeks at work. One more week and it should normalize. I have managed to work out most days anyways, whether walks or rowing late at night. This hasn't been work I can do on the treadmill, unfortunately. It's interesting how the brain treats multi-tasking. There are definitely limits. Had to focus, so work won.

Cauliflower pizza last night, massive sodium fest, note the high water number. Blob down overall from last week and all the numbers over the week, so that's a good thing. I didn't eat poorly, but I did consume more than my daily allocation of chocolate a number of times. Good thing I'm cheap because that stops today and it's fairly easy as you see the progress in the bag and don't want to order more.

Last night we started off on a walk and ended up taking a canyon hike with all three dogs. Initial plan was to hike down and walk out another way and take surface streets home. When we got to the exit which is a little remote after business hours, there were a couple of cars full of sketchy people, so back up the canyon walls we went. Sadie was having a great day so we just went slow with a couple of breaks and she did just fine and was very happy to be with her pack. I honestly can't believe how much my life has changed over the last year. Some good, some bad, mostly just different. The flowers are amazing this year and the greenery is crazy. Just beautiful. Finally got some sunshine yesterday and it was much appreciated. Rain is great, but I need my sunlight.

Anyways, another gorgeous day ahead, some pics from last night. Goal today is to swim. Going out tonight, so need to get it in early.

Edit: and then I forgot to change the FS number, so we'll see where we are tomorrow.

Yay, I get to see your wonderful dogs and beautiful hiking area!!! I have tons of work at work too and I’ll probably be able to concentrate on myself in a couple weeks as well. I follow a guy who goes through Skid Row with lots of sketchy people. If he sees someone sketchy, he yells out bizarre things and repeats sh*t a lot. I would still carry pepper spray, not bear spray, because that could kill a person, it’s not legal to use on people. Hugs to your canine and enjoy your day!🤗🤗🤗 Rained here.😕
